Asian Chicken Salad with Bowtie Pasta
In a small saucepan combine almonds, butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring regularly, until the mixture begins to stick together. Set aside, let cool. Once cooled, break nuts apart into bite sized clusters.
Cook pasta, drain and set aside to cool. Cook chicken (drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes), cut into bite sized pieces. Rinse and dry spinach leaves.
In a large bowl add spinach, pasta, chicken and almonds. When you are ready to serve, stir dressing again, pour onto salad and toss. Enjoy!
Mix all ingredients together and stir well.
