Carla Moore's Pancakes
Cream the eggs and sugar and margarine, then mix in the water. In a separate bowl, add the dry ingredients and stir well. Make a well in the center and add the wet ingredients all at once. Mix until moistened, but not too much. There are supposed to be a few lumps in the batter. Cook on the stove. For big pancakes use about 1 cup of batter per pancake.
Mix the sugar, corn syrup and water in a saucepan. Stir and cook over medium until sugar dissolves. Make sure not to boil it over! Then add the maple flavor, cinnamon and butter. Mix and serve warm!
