Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips
Finely dice the fruit and combine in a bowl. There's your salsa! Don't add a thing!
To make the cinnamon chips, preheat the oven to 450. Spread melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on a few 12 inch tortillas. Cut into pieces and bake for about 15 minutes. Turn chips and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown. Eat with salsa!
