Michael's Yummy Waffles
Preheat the waffle iron. Sift the dry ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Separate the eggs, putting the whites in a small bowl. Beat the whites until they are stiff. Add the egg yolks, oil and milk all at once to the dry ingredients. Beat until there are no lumps in the batter. Fold in egg whites using a spatula. Put a full 1⁄2 cup of batter in the waffle iron, cook for 2 1⁄2 minutes (approixmately, depends on the waffle iron).
Also, if you eat these WITHOUT strawberries and whipped cream, there is probably something very wrong with you. So go buy some.
