In large bowl combine flour, salt and baking powder. Next cut in the shortening with a fork. When the flour is crumbly, add the water. Stir and add extra small spoonful of water i the dough is too dry. When the dough forms a ball, knead it about 20 times. Pull off egg-sized balls of dough and roll them out on a lightly floured surface until very thin. Cook in a hot pan until light brown spots form. Flip and cook the other side the same way.
