Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 0.67 cups water
- 2 cups pumpkins (or more)
- 1 cup sifted flour toasted
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Use cups in muffin pans, and fill cups 1⁄2 to 2⁄3 full. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, don’t overcook.
