Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup powdered parmesan cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil,minus a couple of tablespoons
- 4 cups tapioca flour
- 2 cups shredded romano cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put the tapioca flour in a big bowl. Heat the salt, milk and oil on the stove. As soon as it starts boiling, pour it over the tapioca flour and mix it really well until no flour balls remain. Let it cool until you can handle it.
Add the eggs and cheese bit by bit, kneading well after each addition. Form the dough into small balls (1 inch in diameter, maybe?) and set them on a cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes, but watch them carefully! Try not to eat them all at once, all by yourself. IF you can help it. To get around this problem, bake a double batch and don’t tell anyone.
