Ingredients
- 3 cups dry oatmeal
- pinches salt
- ½ cups margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cups milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cups peanut butter
Directions
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine in a saucepan. Heat to boil, boil 1 minute, maybe a little longer if at a low altitude. Remove from heat, add rest of ingredients, mix until thickened. Stir until mixture loses its gloss (maybe 30 to 60 seconds). Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Cool and serve!
