Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetend condensed milk
- chocolate sprinkles
Directions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, butter and condensed milk. Cook, stirring until thickened, about 10 minutes. It should be about the consistency of pudding.
Remove from heat and let rest until cool enough to handle. Form into 1-inch balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles (pro tip: get your hands wet before rolling the balls—MUCH easier). Place each brigadeiro in a mini cupcake wrapper. Enjoy!
