Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cups vegetable oil
- 5 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ tablespoons dried thyme
- ¼ cups chopped fresh parsley (or 1/8 cup dried)
- ½ tablespoons oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with oil. Arrange in a single layer in a roasting pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
