Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup drained mandarin oranges
- 1 cup mayonaise
- ⅓ cups sliced almonds
- ½ teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 cup cooked macaroni noodles
Directions
Cook and drain the macaroni. In a small bowl, combine the onion, lemon juice, peel and mayo. Mix well. Combine all ingredients except oranges in a large bowl. Stir to coat evenly. Then add oranges very last and stir gently. Serve cold.
