Directions
Chop up the chicken into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook in olive oil over medium heat until no longer pink. Remove to a separate bowl, and then add vegetables to pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a little bit of sage, and add more oil if needed. Sautee about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat water to boiling. Add bouillon and other seasonings. If you want to add noodles to the soup, add them at this point and boil about 5 minutes. Then add vegetables and cook for an additional 2 or 3 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add chicken and serve!
