Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 green onions
- 4 ounces mushrooms
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- Boston or bib lettuce
Directions
Finely chop the green onions, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Brown the turkey over medium-high heat with the garlic and ginger. Add the onions, mushrooms and chestnuts after a few minutes and cook together until the meat is no longer pink. Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bow, then add all at once to turkey mixture. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more, then serve on lettuce leaves.
