Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 large onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can corn
- 2 cans (small) chopped green chilis
- 4 cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- ½ teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cups whipping cream
- 2 cans (12.5 ounces each) shredded or chunked chicken
- 2 cans water (use the chicken cans)
Directions
In a large sauce pan, saute onions, garlic, and garlic powder in olive oil. When tender add chicken, beans, water, corn, green chilies and all seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Take off heat and stir in sour cream and whipping cream. Serve immediately.
